My daily meditative practice recently has included slow long tones with the cello and double bass. Which takes immense control and patience but also must be void of tension. To bring in the fall I wanted to gather with the community and breathe slowly through the music together. I've always enjoyed the energy of The Chai Spot, so it felt right to host this evening here.
